Coaching and accompaniment
Coaching at Veil & Signal is designed for periods of transition, reorientation, and self-authorship. My work combines systems thinking, reflective practice, and astrology as an orienting framework for greater clarity and self-understanding.
This is collaborative, non-prescriptive work. Some clients arrive with a specific transition or decision. Others arrive with the quieter recognition that their current structures no longer fully fit who they are becoming.

Leadership and Executive Coaching
Leadership coaching at Veil & Signal is designed for people navigating responsibility, visibility, institutional complexity, and change. This work supports clients in developing clearer decision-making, stronger internal alignment, and more sustainable ways of leading within demanding systems.
My approach combines reflective practice, systems analysis, and practical integration. Sessions may focus on leadership identity, communication, conflict, organizational dynamics, burnout, transition, values alignment, or navigating periods of professional uncertainty and growth.
This is not performance coaching in the traditional sense. The goal is not optimization for its own sake, but the development of leadership that is more intentional, coherent, and responsive to both individual and structural realities.
Coaching for Transformation
Coaching for Transformation is designed for people navigating periods of personal change, reorientation, or deeper self-inquiry. This work supports clients in understanding the patterns, structures, and survival strategies that have shaped their lives while creating space for more intentional ways of living and relating.
Sessions combine reflective dialogue, systems-based inquiry, astrological framing, and practical integration. Clients often arrive during periods of transition, identity shift, burnout, grief, relational change, or the growing recognition that existing structures no longer fully reflect who they are becoming.
This work is collaborative, non-prescriptive, and deeply individualized. The goal is not reinvention or optimization, but greater coherence, authorship, and alignment across the realities of everyday life.
